It seems to us that it rains here a lot! What better weather for approaching a glacier than pouring rain. Oh well, not likely to be here again so off we trudged. Needless to say, we spent a fair bit of time at the laundry facility at the campsite.
I spent 29 years in public secondary education but a large part of that was also spent doing local and provincial union leadership. I discovered seakayaking about 21 years ago and have loved paddling Lake Huron, Georgian Bay, Flordia Natl Everglade Park, Pacific Rim Natl Park, Greenland. I have been to Thailand, England and Turkey as well as many places in my home province of Ontario and other places in Canada. We have recently travelled New Zealand and what a beautiful place it was. Looking forward to many more travel adventures in the future.
