The lodge is on Lake Wabagonushi and there were many loons (often an adult with a young one) and immature bald eagles who had yet to develop the white head feathers.
I spent 29 years in public secondary education but a large part of that was also spent doing local and provincial union leadership. I discovered seakayaking about 21 years ago and have loved paddling Lake Huron, Georgian Bay, Flordia Natl Everglade Park, Pacific Rim Natl Park, Greenland. I have been to Thailand, England and Turkey as well as many places in my home province of Ontario and other places in Canada. We have recently travelled New Zealand and what a beautiful place it was. Looking forward to many more travel adventures in the future.
